APPROVE A TOBACCO AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS LICENSE FOR ELIFE, LLC, 1530 125^TH AVENUE NE

Background

The applicant, Michelle Marinoff, 13510 Partridge Circle, Andover, MN has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for an electronic cigarette store located at 1530 125^th Avenue NE, Blaine.  The applicant has met the licensing requirements, has submitted a prorated fee of $75.00 with the City and has completed all necessary forms.  

 The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Tobacco and Tobacco Products License for ELIFE, LLC, 1530 125^th Avenue NE, Blaine, MN.
