The City of Blaine and LELS (Law Enforcement Labor Services) representing the police officers have reached agreement on the following three-year contract for 2011 - 2013.

Recommendation
By motion, ratify the Police Officers contract between the LELS Local 165 and the City of Blaine for calendar years 2011 - 2013.
