Background

The applicant, Joseph Lange, 6576 Chamberlain Road, Woodbury, has submitted an application for an On-Sale 3.2 percent malt beverage license for the new Carbone's Pizzeria restaurant located at 641 125^th Avenue NE, Blaine.  The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing with the City the fee and by completing all necessary forms.  

The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance the licenses.

Recommendation

By motion, approve an On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Beverage License for Carbone's Pizzeria, 641 125^th Avenue NE, Blaine, MN 55434.
