Background
Effective November 20, 2012, Veolia Midwest underwent a name change only to Advanced Disposal Services Solid Waste Midwest, LLC. As part of the name change the Veolia companies will be rebranded with the Advanced Disposal name and logo. This rebranding in no way affects the ownership or the legal entity status of the company.
The applicant has completed all necessary forms and paid the $75 fee for the 2013 license period.

By motion, approve a name change from Veolia ES Solid Waste Midwest, LLC to Advanced Disposal Services (ADS), 309 Como Avenue, St. Paul, MN.
