Background

Roger Stawski, applicant for the National Sports Center, has submitted an application for a Temporary On-Sale 3.2% Malt Beverage license for a Great Waters Fly Fishing Expo to be held March 23^rd thru March 25^th at the Schwan Event Center.  The applicant has deposited with the city a $50 license fee, and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event.  The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.

Approximately 2,000 people are expected to attend the event.  

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Temporary On-sale 3.2 Malt Beverage Licenses for the National Sports Center Great Waters Fly Fishing Expo.
