Background

Margaret Kelly, applicant for St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, has filed an application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for St. Timothy’s Volunteer Appreciation Dinner Event to be held at 707 - 89^th Avenue NE, April 23, 2020 from 6PM to 9:30PM.

The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event.  The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.  They expect approximately 300 people attending the event.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for St. Timothy’s volunteer appreciation dinner on April 23, 2020.
