AUTHORIZE ELECTRICAL UPGRADE AT AQUATORE PARK
Background
The Blaine Festival Committee has designated funds in the amount of $35,000 for additional power at Aquatore Park for use at the Blaine Festival Celebration. The work will consist of an additional 800 amp power box and electrical hook-ups. See map for location. The Blaine Festival will manage the project as authorized by the City.

By motion, authorize the Blaine Festival Committee to upgrade power at Aquatore Park.
