APPROVE QUOTE TO REPLACE CARPET IN A PORTION OF THE CITY HALL AND POLICE DEPARTMENT
Background
As part of our capital planning for the City Hall building, we have budgeted funds for replacement of carpet. This year we have identified the Police Department records and office areas, the Parks and Recreation Department, the Mark Stack training room and the Sanctuary meeting room as the top priorities for carpet replacement.
Staff has received three quotes for the replacement carpet:

Like our previous replacement carpet this is a high grade commercial weight and it is carpet tiles instead of a carpet roll.
This replacement is budgeted in our Public Buildings budget and the quotes are within the funds budgeted for this item

By motion, approve of the quote by St. Paul Carpet & Linoleum in the amount of $33,276 for replacement carpet.
