Background
The City has received an e-mail from Ferguson Waterworks, requesting temporary removal of parking restrictions on 91st Avenue between Eldorado Street and Isanti Street in order to allow parking on this street March 27 - 30, 2023. Ferguson Waterworks is hosting a Training Academy to educate their customers on new water equipment and technology and are expecting to host 60 to 70 persons at their facility.
Staff recommends authorization of temporary parking on both sides of 91st Avenue between Eldorado Street and Isanti Street as indicated on the attached map.
City Council authorization is required for the temporary lifting of parking restrictions. City Council has previously authorized similar temporary lifting of parking restrictions for this specific event and other business events in the area.

By motion, authorize the temporary removal of parking restrictions on both sides of 91st Avenue between Eldorado and Isanti Streets, beginning at 2:00 PM on March 27, 2023 and ending at 7:00PM, March 30, 2023.
