Title
APPROVE 2012-2013 PRIVATE ON-SALE AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
Background
The attached list of On-Sale and Sunday Liquor licenses are renewing on June 30, 2012 for the new license period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. Staff has received license renewal applications from all the establishments along with required documents.
Annual license fees are in the amount of $5,500 for an On-Sale Liquor license and $200 for Sunday Liquor. Each applicant has met the license fee requirements. All other code requirements have been met including a surety bond, dram shop insurance, and inspection of the premises by the Anoka County Community Health and Environmental Services Department.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the renewal of the 2012-2013 Private On-Sale and Sunday Liquor license applications.
