Background
A memo summarizing the 2013 budgets for Community Development, Finance, and Administration employing Prioritized Assumption Based Budgeting has been prepared for discussion at this year's Council Retreat and is attached hereto.
Recommendation
Staff is seeking Council direction and feedback regarding the 2013 budget process and the prioritization of programs within the General Fund Budget.
