Background

At the July 19th Council Workshop meeting, the City Council directed staff to amend the senior citizen deferral portion of the Special Assessment Policy.  Attached is the proposed amendment to the Special Assessment Policy scheduled for Council's consideration at the City Council meeting on August 16th.
