Resolution in Appreciation of Councilmember Julie Jeppson

WHEREAS, Julie Jeppson has served the City of Blaine as councilmember since 2017; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Jeppson has served diligently, conscientiously, competently, and fairly in all matters related to the office of Councilmember; and
WHEREAS, the Blaine residents and businesses, present and future, are better for her having served.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Blaine expresses the gratitude of all to Julie Jeppson for the loyal and faithful service she has given, by means of this resolution which shall be spread upon the permanent records of the City.
