Background
Lot 1, Block 3, was the original parcel which created a portion of Granville Villas 2nd Addition. The home is located on Cloud Drive and was not part of the Developer's responsibility for plat development but was covered by the Development Agreement. The City is requested to release Development Agreements on a fairly regular basis but on this instance Anoka County Property Records (Torrens Division) has requested the City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the release prior to recording. There are no development related issues with this parcel.

By motion, approve the Resolution.
Body
WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 3 is subject to a Development Agreement for Granville Villas 2nd Addition and;
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested to City release said lot from the agreement and;
WHEREAS, the City has determined that there are no outstanding development related issues with said lot and no further purpose for the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Blaine City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the necessary documents releasing Lot 1, Block 3, Granville Villas 2nd Addition (2010 Cloud Drive NE) from the Development Agreement.
