Background
The applicant, Kristina Myhers, 3550 Aldrich Circle, Anoka, MN has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for an e-cigarette store located at 12076 Central Avenue NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements, has submitted a prorated fee of $105.00 with the City and has completed all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
