Background
The applicant, Joshua Rothstein, owner of Linwood Pizza has submitted an application and all supporting documentation for an On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Beverage license.
The applicant has deposited the $300 license fee with the City, evidence of liquor liability insurance, and has completed all forms to meet licensing requirements. The Police Department completed a background check and there was nothing to prohibit the issuance of a license.

By motion, approve the issuance of an On-Sale 3.2 percent Malt beverage license for Linwood Pizza, 651 125th Avenue NE, Blaine, Minnesota.
