Background

At the April 2, 2015 Council meeting, the Council ordered Improvement Project No. 14-14 to install trunk utilities to serve the north half of the northeast quarter of Section 23 and the plat of Glenn Meadows.  

The Engineering Department requested proposals for preliminary and final design for the improvements.  Three proposals were received on March 31, 2015 and after review of the proposals, staff recommends acceptance of the proposal from Pioneer Engineering, P.A. in the not-to-exceed amount of $74,295.

Recommendation

By motion, authorize City Manager to enter into contract with Pioneer Engineering, P.A. in the amount of $74,295 for engineering services for Improvement Project No. 14-14.
