Background
The applicant, James Robert Hupp, 10909 Radisson Road NE, has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license to be effective October 6, 2011 for Holiday Station stores #417 located at 10909 Radisson Road NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing a pro-rated fee of $45 with the City and by completing all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
