APPROVE A TOBACCO AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS LICENSE FOR DRIPCO.,LLC,  1517 94^TH LANE NE, BLAINE.

Background

Anthony Haugen, owner and applicant, 928 Crosstown Blvd NW, Andover   has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products Wholesale Distributor license for DRIPco. LLC, located at 1517 94^th Lane NE, Blaine.  The applicant has met the licensing requirements by completing all necessary forms and depositing the fee with the City.    

The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.

As a tobacco distributor he is also required to obtain a State License from the Department of Revenue.  Mr. Haugen has applied for this license with the State and approval of Tobacco license is contingent upon receipt of his State License.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Tobacco and Tobacco Products License for DRIPco.,LLC, 1517 94^th Lane NE, Blaine.
