Background
The applicant, Donald Zietlow, 2802 Bergamot Place, Onalaska, WI. has submitted an application for an off-sale 3.2 percent malt beverage license for the new Kwik Trip store located at 8502 Central Avenue NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing with the City a fee of $75 for the off-sale malt beverage and by completing all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance the licenses.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the off-sale 3.2 percent malt beverage license for Kwik Trip Inc., dba Kwik Trip #896, 8502 Central Avenue NE, Blaine, MN 55434 ;
