The total project cost indicated in the Feasibility Report was $562,250.00.
The Assessment Roll has been prepared consistent with the Feasibility Report. Of the total cost, the amount to be assessed is $98,435.43. Municipal State Aid (MSA) contribution is $342,009.24.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the resolution.

WHEREAS, a contract has been entered into for construction of full width mill, bituminous asphalt overlay, traffic control signage, striping, and appurtenant construction in the following described area:
Naples Street from 95th Avenue to 103rd Street Alignment
AND WHEREAS, the estimated construction cost for such improvement is $392,165.83 and the expenses incurred in the making of said improvements amount to be $48,278.84 making the estimated total cost $440,444.67.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Blaine as follows:
1. The estimated total cost of such improvement is hereby declared to be $440,444.67.
2. The amount to be assessed is hereby declared to be $98,435.43. Municipal State Aid (MSA) contribution is $342,009.24.
3. The City Manager shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
