Background
The applicant, Aliye Suleman Ali, 8203 Vincent Avenue N, Brooklyn Park has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license to be effective September 16, 2011 for Neighborhood Dollar plus Grocery store located at 10835 University Avenue NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing a prorated fee of $60 with the City and by completing all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
