ITEM: 10.7 CONSENT AGENDA - Jean M. Keely, City Engineer
Title
AUTHORIZE INSTALLATION OF REGULATORY SIGNS
PRESERVE AT LEGACY CREEK
Background
Preserve at Legacy Creek received final plat approval on June 20, 2013. With final platting, Legacy Creek Parkway, Petersburg Street, 128th Avenue and 128th Court become public right-of-way, and construction of these streets require installation of appropriate traffic control. The Minnesota Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MMUTCD) provides specific warrants for which type of traffic control device may be installed. Stop signs are warranted on 128th Court, 128th Avenue (east and westbound), and Petersburg Street at their intersections with Legacy Creek Parkway. In addition, a yield sign is warranted on Petersburg Street at its intersection with 128th Avenue.
