VACATION NO. V13-07

Background
A petition received November 8, 2013, was submitted to the City by Martin Harstad of New Brighton, Minnesota, requesting vacation of a 40-foot-wide roadway easement originally recorded in Anoka County Document Nos. 311736 and 311900 as a part of the original I35W project.  With the proposed development of a Walmart on this property, the roadway easement is no longer needed.  The applicant is a single property owner who represents 100% of the affected property abutting this easement.
