AUTHORIZE PAYMENT TO PRO-TEC DESIGN IN THE AMOUNT OF $59,517.76 FOR VIDEO AND SECURITY UPGRADES AT CITY HALL
Background
This is the third and last year of having Pro-Tec Design do camera and security upgrades to City Hall including the Police Department. The project included upgrading the video and storage system to a digital system and replacing and adding cameras throughout City Hall and Police Department. This year’s cost is $59,517.76. The City has budgeted $60,000 for these improvements in the Building budget for 2017.
Recommendation
By motion authorize payment in the amount of $59,517.76 to Pro-Tec Design for video and security upgrades at City Hall.
