AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 54 - PARKS AND RECREATION, SECTION 54-1 PARK AND OPEN SPACE DESIGNATED
Background
This section of our City Code designates land as park and open space. Staff has noticed some small technical corrections that need to take place and is proposing this ordinance amendment to make those corrections. The following describes the changes:
Property designated as President Park (PIN# 19-31-23-33-0054) was combined with Outlot A of Pleasure Creek 6th Addition and created the new PIN# 19-31-23-33-0114. Property originally designated as President Park (PIN# 19-31-23-34-0083) was deleted because it is part of Territorial Park.
Property originally designated as President Park (PIN# 19-31-23-34-0083) was deleted and added to Territorial Park.
