APPROVE INDIVIDUAL THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE LICENSES
Background
Staff has received the attached four Individual Massage Therapist license applications along with required documentation, the license fee and background investigation fee. The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation on each individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of their license.
This license is valid for the 2014 calendar year and will be renewed in the fall.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the Individual Therapeutic Massage licenses
