Background
Project No. 13-01 includes a 1½ inch bituminous overlay, edge milling, spot curb replacement, and appurtenant construction.

The total project cost indicated in the Feasibility Report was $1,157,255.00.
The Assessment Roll has been prepared consistent with the Feasibility Report. Of the total cost, the amount to be assessed is $403,002.50. The Pavement Management Program Funds will contribute $437,874.36.

AND WHEREAS, the estimated construction cost for such improvement is $756,275.76 and the estimated expenses incurred in the making of said improvements amount to be $84,601.10 making the estimated total cost $840,876.86.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Blaine as follows:
1. The estimated total cost of such improvement is hereby declared to be $840,876.86.
2. The amount to be assessed is hereby declared to be $403,002.50. The Pavement Management Program will contribute $437,874.36.
3. The City Manager shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
