The City is requested to release specific lots from recorded development agreements on a fairly regular basis. In this instance, the owner of Outlot A of The Sanctuary 9^th Addition has requested that the City release Outlot A from the recorded development agreements of The Sanctuary and The Sanctuary 6^th Addition.

All improvements that were part of any development agreement for this outlot have been completed.

The City Council must adopt a resolution that authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the release.

By motion, approve the Resolution.

Body

WHEREAS, Outlot A, The Sanctuary 9^th Addition, Anoka County, is subject to recorded Development Agreements and;

WHEREAS, the property owner has requested the city to release said lots from the recorded development agreements recorded as Document No. 1481573.0, Document No. 482179.003 and Document No. 1973777.002 and;

WHEREAS, the city has determined that there are no outstanding development issues related to said lots and therefore no further purpose for the agreements.

                      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Blaine City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all necessary documents releasing said Development Agreement for the following described property:

Outlot A, The Sanctuary 9^th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota
