Background

Louis Ochocki, applicant for St. Timothy's Catholic Church, has filed an application for a Temporary On-Sale 3.2% Malt Beverage license for St. Timothy's Carnival volunteer appreciation event to be held at 707 - 89^th Avenue NE from 5 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 30, 2015.

The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event.  The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.

Approximately 400 people are expected to attend the event.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Temporary On-sale 3.2% Malt Beverage License for St. Timothy's Carnival volunteer appreciation event, 707 - 89^th Avenue NE, to be held on April 30, 2015.
