Background

Proposals from three companies were received.  The proposals ranged from $22,606 to $29,545.  Midwest Fence Company came in as the low bidder at $22,606 and the city has worked with the company in the past.  Attached is the layout for the dog park.

Recommendation

By Motion, accept the proposal from Midwest Fence Company in the amount of $22,606 for fencing at the Aquatore Dog Park.
