AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,528.00, PLUS STATE OF MN SALES TAX OF $145.29, TOTALING $10,673.29, TO AMI IMAGING SYSTEMS, INC., FOR DOCUWARE IMAGING SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ANNUAL RENEWAL.
Background
Council is asked to approve the above referenced contract pursuant to the Blaine City Charter section 6.05, which requires City Council approval of all purchases or contracts in excess of $10,000.
The maintenance includes upgrade rights for 14 clients, server software, and all the software required for the application.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the payment.
