Title
RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 03-17 REGARDING NO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON BALTIMORE STREET NE NORTH OF 85TH AVENUE NE

Background
Installation and removal of regulatory signs require authorization by the City Council.  In February 2003, Council adopted Resolution No. 03-17 in response to a neighborhood request for parking restrictions on a segment of Baltimore Street NE, 233 feet north of the 85th Avenue NE centerline, in order to encourage Qwest service employees to use their designated on-site parking.  At present, Qwest employee parking is no longer an issue and the neighborhood is now petitioning that the No Parking restrictions be removed.

Recommendation
By motion, approve the resolution.
