2014 PROPOSED BUDGETS - REFUSE UTILITY FUND; AND STORM DRAINAGE UTILITY FUND
Background
As part of the City's comprehensive budgeting process, staff will be presenting preliminary budgets for two enterprise utility funds. The funds to be presented are:
· Sanitation Utility Fund
· Storm Drainage Utility Fund
The presentation will provide Council with the opportunity to review and comment on the proposed budgets before the budgets are presented to Council for formal adoption later in the year.
Attached are summaries for the two budgets.
Recommendation
Upon discussion of the attached budgets and the programs supported by the proposed budgets, staff is seeking Council direction regarding adoption of the budgets.
