Background
The Public Hearing was conducted on September 4, 2014. No questions from the public were received. The vacation of drainage and utility easements and street right-of-way is being requested for replatting and redevelopment as The Lakes of Radisson 59th Addition. The applicant is a single property owner who represents 100% of the affected property abutting this easement.
Ordinance No. 14 - 2292 was introduced for first reading at the September 4, 2014 Council meeting and is presented at this time for adoption.

[211].01 - Vacation of drainage and utility easements described as follows:
All of the drainage and utility easements, as dedicated on the plat of THE LAKES OF RADISSON COMMERCIAL PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying over, under and across Lot 2, Block 1, and that part of Lot 1, Block 1 lying south of the easterly extension of the North line of Lot 3, Block 1, THE LAKES OF RADISSON THIRTY-SECOND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota.
Vacation of street right-of-way described as follows:
All of 123rd Court Northeast as dedicated on the plat of THE LAKES OF RADISSON COMMERCIAL PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota
[211].02 - Said vacation has been made after Notice of Public Hearing in conformance with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Chapter 12, Section 12.06, of the City Charter of the City of Blaine.
