Background

Gene Stunek, Commander, at Sgt. John Rice VFW Post #6316, has filed an application for a Temporary On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Beverage license for their Octoberfest Fund Raising from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on October 6, 2013.   The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event.  The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.

Approximately 200 people are expected to attend the event.

By motion, approve the Temporary On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Beverage license for Sgt. John Rice VFW Post #6316, Octoberfest Fund Raising on October 6^th at 1374 109^th Avenue NE, Blaine.
