APPROVE A VENDING TRUCK LICENSE FOR BLAINE ANOKA ICE CREAM, FAYSAL HASAN, OWNER/OPERATOR, 18005 WACO STREET, RAMSEY, MN
Background
Faysal Hasan, owner/operator of Blaine Anoka Ice Cream, 18005 Waco Street, Ramsey, Minnesota, has submitted an application for a vending truck license. He has deposited a $100 fee and all application materials to operate one vending truck within the City. The applicant has complied with code requirements relative to liability insurance and has applied for a food handler’s license through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, Dairy and Food Inspection Division.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of this license. This vending license shall be effective May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the Vending Truck License for Faysal Hasan for Blaine Anoka Ice Cream, contingent upon proof of current food handler’s license through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, Dairy and Food Inspection Division.
