Background
On June 20, 2013, the City Council approved a conditional use permit for outdoor dining, an outdoor bocce ball court and indoor live entertainment for Blucy's Roadside. Since that approval, the applicant has reached an agreement with the owner of the adjacent property to create a shared access between the two sites. This access requires a conditional use permit amendment.
The neighborhood has been notified of this request. This access will hopefully take added pressure off access issues associated with the entrance and exit to the Blucy's site.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the Resolution.

WHEREAS, an application has been filed by John Hartinger and Corey Burstad as conditional use permit Case File No. 13-0018; and
WHEREAS, the Blaine City Council has reviewed said case on August 1, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Blaine that a conditional use permit is hereby approved per Section 30.14(p) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for a shared access drive based on the following conditions:
- All conditions of Resolution 13-105 shall apply to the Blucy's site.
- A copy of the shared access/maintenance agreement must be provided to the City of Blaine.
- The Site Plan for Blucy's should be amended to show the new shared drive with completion to be covered by the financial guarantee provided for Blucy's.
