Background
Attached is a summary of the 2012 City General Election for the office of Mayor and Councilmembers in Ward 1, Ward 2 and Ward 3. The election canvass complies with the requirements set forth in the City Charter.
Recommendation
By motion, accept and certify the results of the 2012 City General Election and direct the City Clerk to notify all persons elected of the fact of their election.
