Background
Robert Wagman, President of LKQ Great Lakes Corp., has submitted an application for an Automobile Reduction License for the location at 10506 Central Avenue NE, Blaine.
The applicant has submitted a completed license application, and the license fee of $500. The required certificate of insurance and all required city forms have been received and are on file in our office.
They have also submitted their Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, verification of property lease from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Best Management - Managed Waste Recycling, Structural Best Management Practices, and Minnesota Vehicle Dealer License - Zoning Verification.
