Background
The final plat for Sanctuary Preserve was approved in May and recorded later in the summer. Recent title work has discovered a discrepancy in how the Plat ownership has been described and noted. While the plat has been recorded a new title page will be recorded to remove any potential future title issues as they begin to sell and close on individual lots.
The plat correction does not impact any of the previous plat approvals granted by the Council.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the Resolution.

WHEREAS, a request has been filed by the applicant as part of subdivision Case No. 15-0014; and
WHEREAS, said case involves a review and approval of a Corrected Plat of Sanctuary Preserve; and
WHEREAS, the Blaine City Council has reviewed the Corrected Plat of Sanctuary Preserve and found it to be consistent with previous City Council approvals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Blaine that the Corrected Plat of Sanctuary Preserve is hereby approved and that the Mayor, City Clerk and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the corrected plat and any other documents necessary for recording or administration of the corrected plat.
