Background
Loretta Brouillette, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license for Massage Off Central located at 11806 Aberdeen Street NE, Suite 180, Blaine. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.
The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of her license.
This license is valid for the 2014 calendar year and will be renewed in the fall.
