Title
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR TRAKIT SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ANNUAL RENEWAL.
Background
Council is asked to authorize payment in the amount of $24,500, plus state sales tax of $1,684.35, totaling $26,184.35 to CRW systems for annual maintenance of the Trakit® software. Trakit® is the software used in the Building Inspections and Community Standards divisions to issue and track permits and inspections activities. The maintenance includes upgrade rights for 25 clients, server software, and all the software required for the application as well as technical support for all components.
The request to approve the above referenced contract is pursuant to the Blaine City Charter section 6.05, which requires City Council approval of all purchases or contracts in excess of $10,000.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the payment.
