HAJIME SUSHI RESTAURANT, LOCATED AT
10950 CLUB WEST PKWY, SUITE #220, BLAINE, MINNESOTA.
Background
A public hearing is required prior to the approval of a Private On-Sale and Sunday liquor license in the City of Blaine.
Rong Jie Chen, owner and applicant for Hajime Sushi Restaurant, has submitted an application for a Private On-Sale and Sunday liquor license for the facility located at 10950 Club West Pkwy, Suite #220, Blaine, Minnesota. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license fee of $5700 and $500 for the background investigation. The required certificate of insurance for liquor liability and all required forms and documents have been received and are on file in our office.
The Police Department have completed a background investigation and found no information to prohibit the granting of a Private On-sale and Sunday Liquor License to Hajime Japanese Cuisine.
The license application is also being presented at this time for approval.
All required information will be submitted to the State Liquor Control Department upon approval of the license by the Council.
Recommendation
Hold a public hearing to receive input regarding an On-Sale and Sunday liquor license for Hajime Sushi Restaurant, located at 10950 Club West Pkwy, Suite #220, Blaine, Minnesota.
