Executive Summary
Council is asked to acknowledge restructuring of Lucy’s Burgers.
Background
Currently Lucy’s Burgers is maintained as separate entities for their three locations in the metro area as well as the food truck. Each entity currently has separate business entities with separate tax identification numbers and insurance policies. After review Lucy’s Burgers has determined it would be better to merge all entities into a single company, Lucy’s Burgers LLC. There will be no change in ownership and no change to the responsible party and staff recommends approval as required by city code.
