Background

Corey Burstad, owner of Bricks American Pub, has completed an application requesting a name and address change for the On-Sale and Sunday Liquor License at the new restaurant location.  The changes would be from Bricks American Pub, 10340 Baltimore Street NE, #100, to Bricks Kitchen and Pub, 10673 Baltimore Street NE, Blaine.

This request is for a name and address change of the business only.  It does not involve a change of ownership.  Mr. Burstad had already renewed his On-Sale and Sunday Liquor License which was approved at the June 16^th City Council meeting.  All updated information will be submitted to the State Liquor Control Department upon approval by Council.

Recommendation

By motion, approve the name and address change from Bricks American Pub, 10340 Baltimore Street NE, #100, to Bricks Kitchen and Pub, 10673 Baltimore Street NE, for their On-sale and Sunday Liquor license.
