RESOLUTION IN APPRECIATION TO MAYOR TOM RYAN
Body
WHEREAS, Tom Ryan has served the City of Blaine as Planning Commissioner, Councilmember, and Mayor since 1986; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Ryan has served diligently, conscientiously, competently, and fairly in all matters related to the office of Council; and
WHEREAS, the Blaine citizens, present and future, are better for his having served.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Blaine expresses the gratitude of Blaine citizens to Tom Ryan for the loyal and faithful service he has given, by means of this resolution which shall be spread upon the permanent records of the City.
