Background

Mark Popovich, President of All American Amusements, has submitted an application to hold a carnival at Aquatore Park from June 22-24, 2012. The applicant has deposited with the City a $300 license fee, certificate of liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured, and all other application materials.  

A background check has been completed by the Police Department and no problems or complaints are on file.  An inspection will be completed by the Deputy Fire Marshal during carnival set-up prior to release of the license.

Recommendation

Approve a carnival license for All American Amusements, for the Blaine's Blazin 4^th Celebration to be held at Aquatore Park, June 22-24, 2012.
