Background
The applicant, Jonathan Halper, 1415 June Avenue So., Golden Valley has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license as the new owner of Northgate Liquors located at 12513 Central Avenue NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing the fee with the City and by completing all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
