Background
The Public Hearing was conducted on June 19, 2014. No questions from the public were received. The vacation of drainage and utility easements will allow Brian Jund to construct a shed in the rear yard. The rear drainage swale was inspected and will not be affected by the easement vacation.
Ordinance No. 2286 was introduced for first reading at the June 19, 2014 Council meeting and is presented at this time for adoption.

Chapter 208 - Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easements
208.01 - The Northerly 10 Feet of the Southerly 20 Feet of Lot 2, Block 2, except for the east 5 feet and except for the west 5 feet, Blaine Meadows 2nd Addition as platted in Anoka County, Minnesota.
208.02 - Said vacation has been made after Notice of Public Hearing in conformance with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Chapter 12, Section 12.06, of the City Charter of the City of Blaine.
